Purpose
To simulate a real interview scenario, allowing candidates to gain confidence, prepare for potential questions, and receive constructive feedback on their performance.
Participants
Students along with IBSAR Management, Faculties (Subject Experts), and Placement Department.

Ms. Meenakshi ma’am as IBSAR Management, has always been supporting this kind of activities.
I thank Our Campus Director Prof. Batra Sir who has been pushing me to conduct this work shop for the past few weeks and for being present throughout the session, providing guidance and suggestions for improvements.
I thank all the interview panel members Dr. Fatima, Prof. Nagendra, Prof. Raieesa, Prof. Jagruti and Prof. Ravikumar to have interviewed the candidates and shared their expertise.
I thank the student volunteers Master. Supreet and Ms. Rutuja from BBA.
