The yoga Science Teacher Training Course, Covers in depth study and practice of Asanas, Pranayamas and Kriyas. Further attitude training, public speaking, Methodology of teaching, practice teaching, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga and Samkhya Philosophy, Psychology, quintessence of Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra etc. are also given equal importance.

In addition to class attendance, participants are required to volunteer in various Camps. Besides, students have to read, study and prepare submissions and presentations, as required.

This 1 Years course trains students to teach Yoga to all age groups, and the management of various diseases. Teachers conduct this course it is highly practice-oriented course, Yoga you learn by doing not any reading. Hence more of physical activities and practice sessions needed On completion of all pre-requisites, an examination shall be conducted and successful students will be awarded. Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training Science.

Compulsory Tour to Rishikesh yoga ashrams to learn Internships of 3 months at the end of 1st year in a municipal OK TE Organize yoga camps and teach yogic practices.

Internships of yoga Trainer in secondary School for 45 days Organizing a yoga camp for the Students of all paramedical.

Internships of yoga Trainer in secondary Schools and ICCS students for 2days at the campus every 3 months.

Vipassana at Igatpuri – Tour complex for learning about meditation techniques 2 days trip.

Duration of Yoga Science Teacher Training Course: 1 year (2 Semesters)
Eligibility for Yoga Science Teacher Training Course: Candidate must have passed their 12th Education from the recognised educational board.
Age & Medium Of study: Min 16 yrs to 35 yrs, Marathi, English & Hindi.

Methodology of teaching practice
Anatomy-Physiology:-A general understanding
Public Speaking/ Communication
Knowledge of the breathing rhythm and complementary/ counterposes.
Stress Management
Yoga Diet and Yoga Teaching skills.
