NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956), the Central Government, on the advice of the Commission, hereby declare that the Tilak Maharashtra University , Pune shall be a University for the purpose of the aforesaid Act.
